The short answer is - no.
Despite being more popular than nearly every other online game, even the might of Halo 3 isn't enough to topple Gears of War from the top of the Xbox Live chart.
Of course, the Halo 3 Beta is only accessible through Crackdown, or a special invitation so this probably explains its failure to take top spot.
Aegis Wing is this week's token Live Arcade title in the top ten.
The Forza Motorsport 2 demo is still proving popular. Expect to see the full game storm the charts in a matter of days.

The graphics and sound are excellent by the standards of a third-party Wii game.
Although Heavy Rain is entertaining from the start, there are several flaws that hamper the enjoyment.
A very endearing entry in the series, and another that is well worth checking out.
The first thing you notice when you get this guide in your hands is the quality.
The control gripes aside, Aliens vs Predator is a good game.
Another great competition.
