Profile: Richard (aka Meerman) is Gamestyle's resident Dutchy. Being fluent in 4 foreign tongues, he was quickly taken on board to use his linguistic skills for the good. His love for gaming harks back to the days of the Game & Watch, but really ignited when he got hold of a NES in 1986. Having a weak spot for all things Nintendo, he can also be heard praising various titles on non-Nintendo consoles, such as the Dreamcast, Playstation2, Xbox and Xbox360. When not submitting to his games, he can be found cycling through the flatlands of Holland, speed-skating on the local rink, playing his guitar, socialising or attending to his 'windmill' and 'tulip garden'. Being cheerful, outspoken and enthusiastic, Richard's quite a character on the GS forum.
